Cromunity is a platform that is going to deliver emotional and behavioural wellness Services to individuals which includes online training videos (pre-recorded), and CBT worksheets, which include a live webinar with any expert associated with Cromunity and may also be extended to one-on-one consultation if additionally requested. Cromunity reserves the right to add or remove products and Services from its overall offerings without prior notification. The above-mentioned shall hereafter be referred to as “Services”.

To enable you to use our Services, we will ask for information about yourself to contact or identify you, such as your name, phone number, and gender. If you communicate with us by email or phone, any information provided in such communication may be classified as “Personal Information”.

Online therapy Services work well for most psychological problems. The content on our videos, landing pages and the webinar is not intended to be a substitute, however, for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment; even though it is offered by a qualified and experienced psychologist simply because any expert associated with Cromunity has not done your initial assessment, made your diagnosis or set up a personalized treatment plan for you. The techniques taught by him are specialized and expert methods that need to be adopted and followed provided you have the correct diagnosis your condition is not too severe and you are stable enough to follow his/her suggestions rightly. These will help you for sure, but they may not be appropriate for all of your treatment needs and accordingly, we may suggest face-to-face options for you wherever deemed essential. Cromunity Services Private Limited does not deal with medical or psychological emergencies online. Therapy Not Working for You
Psychological wellness and illness are different from medical illnesses. Feeling better and getting better require the focused involvement of the Psychological Wellness Professional as well as the User. Cromunity or any Expert here do not promise any outcomes based on therapy as a process by itself. The User must make use of the information shared, the skills inculcated and apply it regularly as that is the only sure shot way to bring about self-change and improvement.
Therapy Frequency
Therapy (CBT and ERP) will take place at your own frequency as you practice these techniques by yourself at home. You have access to the videos which will teach you techniques that assist you in your CBT journey. CBT is a specialized science and people study it for decades together to gain mastery and expertise of the subject. It takes time and effort to practice CBT and with consistency and commitment, you will be able to apply these principles to yourself too.

If you believe in other naturalistic approaches, you are free to apply and follow them at your own will. We believe in systems-based and holistic evidence-based approaches, and we encourage you to follow the same.
Non-Therapy Related Communication
We believe in utmost professionalism in the therapeutic relationship with the User. Connecting and communicating on social media platforms where any expert associated with Cromunity has a presence is limited by ethical policies. Personal questions to the Psychological Wellness Professional are not welcome. We will still respect your emotional tone and deal with such situations with the highest professionalism, integrity, and interpersonal regard.
Use of Videos
The content of the videos is prepared by the expert professional (any expert associated with Cromunity) but depending on your condition, they may not always substitute therapy offered face-to-face by a qualified and expert professional who can see you in real-time. You need the right diagnosis, a medical prescription if the OCD is serious, and admission to a hospital if you are very anxious or in panic or have suicidal tendencies. Cromunity disclaims any and all liability to any person for any loss or damage caused by the use of our videos. Cromunity asserts its copyright ownership on the content of the videos. No information, content, or material from the platform and/or Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without written permission from Cromunity.

We are committed to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information that you share with us. To guarantee privacy to all of our Users, we maintain the User’s anonymity and work in accordance with confidentiality guidelines to ensure that all personal and health information received is maintained in a secure environment.

Video Session Security
Calls and video sessions are conducted on Zoom, or other modalities of convenience. These third-party sites have their own personalized encryption protocols and we do not take added responsibility for the same.

It is your responsibility to ensure the privacy and security of your email account and phone messages so they cannot be accessed by third-party. Cromunity will use one or both of these channels to communicate with you regarding a range of information related to your psychological wellness. Our Services are not directed to persons under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly solicit anyone under the age of 18 to participate independently in any of our Services.
Changes to Policy
Cromunity reserves the right to change or remove any part of the Privacy Policy without notice or liability to any third party.
